Upcoming Events Calendar Wednesday July 8, 2008 Event: New Organizer Road Show Time: 1:30pm - 3:45pm Location: University of Phoenix 20075 Water Tower Blvd Brookfield, WI 53045 Details: If you've ever thought that you could be a professional organizer — you love organizing your own home, and others tell you that you have a gift for it — but you didn't know where to start to create your own business, this is the event for you!  It's the New Organizer Road Show, sponsored by the Wisconsin chapter of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO). This very informative program will introduce you to the business of being a professional organizer. A panel of our NAPO-Wisconsin members — all veteran organizers — will cover what you need to know, from legal and accounting questions to all of the other business considerations that you'll need to think about as you start up your company. You'll also learn all about NAPO and its Wisconsin chapter. And finally, there will be a question-and-answer session, so start making a list of all of those questions you've been dying to ask someone, but didn't know whom to ask. This very informative session will cover: What is a professional organizer Is professional organizing the right fit for me Legal and accounting considerations Business planning Marketing planning Valuable recommended resources Value and benefits of NAPO and NAPO-WI Lots of Q & A time! Come and learn from other organizers! There will be a question and answer at the end of the road show.
